Your Rights and Responsibilities on Our Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "luck44 game" means the online gaming platform accessible at luck44game.app and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and progressive web app versions.
• "Player" / "you" means any natural person who has registered, or is attempting to register, an account on luck44 game.
• "Account" means the registered user account maintained by luck44 game on behalf of a Player following successful registration.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole transactional currency on luck44 game.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or matched deposit credit added to a Player's account as part of a promotion, separate from real-money (Cash Balance) funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative amount a Player must wager on eligible games before a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by luck44 game before certain account actions are permitted.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 7 of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on luck44 game or to use any part of the Platform. luck44 game operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any Player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account closed immediately, all transactions voided, and any balance on the account forfeited. luck44 game may, at its sole discretion, report underage access attempts to relevant authorities.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each natural person may register and hold only one active Account on luck44 game at any time. Registration of a second Account by a Player who already holds an active Account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, luck44 game reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all bets and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending fraud review.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process including your full legal name, Pakistan CNIC number, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. luck44 game accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account details.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify luck44 game immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. luck44 game accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the Platform was not at fault.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

luck44 game is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing certain account actions. The KYC process may be initiated at registration, before a Player's first withdrawal, when a cumulative withdrawal total exceeds 50,000 PKR, or at any other time at luck44 game's discretion.

Documents required for KYC verification may include:

• A clear copy or photograph of your Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back.
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC alongside your face.
• Proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your registered Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered mobile number).
• Source of funds documentation if requested for accounts with high transaction volumes.

Withdrawals will be held pending completion of KYC verification. luck44 game aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. You must not attempt to submit false, altered, or third-party identity documents. Doing so constitutes fraud and may be referred to Pakistan Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) cybercrime units.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on luck44 game are processed in PKR. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and direct bank transfers via HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the deposit screen before you confirm a transaction. luck44 game does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which luck44 game bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed at the withdrawal screen. luck44 game targets a processing time of under five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals; bank transfers via Raast may take up to 30 minutes depending on the receiving bank's processing schedules.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds

Bonus Balances and any winnings derived from wagering Bonus Balances are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before completing a Wagering Requirement will result in the Bonus Balance and associated winnings being removed from the Account, with only the Cash Balance portion remaining eligible for withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

luck44 game operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks. We reserve the right to request documentation regarding the source of funds deposited into any Account. Accounts suspected of facilitating money laundering will be suspended immediately and reported to the State Bank of Pakistan's Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU) and relevant law enforcement agencies as required.

5. Betting and Casino Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on luck44 game are subject to the specific rules applicable to the event, market, or game on which the bet is placed, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for the specific bet in question.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed on each betting market and casino table within the luck44 game Platform. luck44 game reserves the right to change stake limits at any time without prior notice, including applying individual account-level stake restrictions at its sole discretion.

5.3 Void Bets

luck44 game reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error; (b) the event to which the bet relates was cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise did not take place; (c) the result of the event was affected by corruption or match-fixing; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the player's Cash Balance.

5.4 Live Casino

Live casino games at luck44 game Casino are operated by certified third-party studio providers. luck44 game is not responsible for disconnections or technical failures occurring on the player's side during a live casino session. Decisions made by live dealers and certified RNG systems are final. In the event of a studio-side technical failure mid-game, the applicable provider's void-game policy applies and stakes may be returned at the provider's discretion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

luck44 game offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free spins, leaderboard prizes, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are applied separately from Cash Balance funds. Winnings from Casino games wagered with Bonus Balance are credited to Bonus Balance until the Wagering Requirement is met.
• luck44 game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to withdrawal of the offer remain valid subject to their existing terms.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk — constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 7 and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• Maximum withdrawal amounts derived from welcome bonus winnings are stated on the relevant bonus terms page. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum may be removed from the account at time of withdrawal.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on luck44 game. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account on luck44 game.
• Using another person's identity or payment credentials to register or transact on luck44 game.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players in card games, casino games, or sports betting pools.
• Exploiting errors, system bugs, or glitches in the Platform to derive an unfair financial advantage.
• Attempting to abuse welcome bonuses or reload bonuses through low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies.
• Using luck44 game to launder money or process any funds derived from illegal activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith against deposits made to luck44 game.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corruption of sporting events offered on luck44 game's sportsbook.
• Attempting to circumvent any account restriction, self-exclusion order, or cooling-off period applied to your Account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on luck44 game — including but not limited to the platform design, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of luck44 game or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on luck44 game without prior written permission.

9. Privacy and Data

luck44 game collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at luck44game.app/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you also confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. luck44 game processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications where you have provided consent.

10. Responsible Gaming

luck44 game is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Every Player Account includes the following self-management tools accessible from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single login session.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing session duration and net position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and be excluded from luck44 game for a minimum of 6 months or permanently.

Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, you must not attempt to open a new Account on luck44 game. Doing so constitutes Prohibited Conduct. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck44 game's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luck44 game is not liable for: (a) loss of profits or winnings; (b) loss of data; (c) losses arising from internet connectivity failures or mobile network disruptions outside luck44 game's control; (d) delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Pakistan commercial banks; or (e) indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.

luck44 game makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability. luck44 game will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance via the Platform's announcement banner.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

luck44 game reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct; (b) luck44 game has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering; (c) a Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; or (d) closure is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct or legal compliance, the Player's verified Cash Balance (excluding Bonus Balance) at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Where closure is due to Prohibited Conduct, the balance may be withheld pending investigation and potential forfeiture.

Players may close their own Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any open bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance included in the final payout.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of luck44 game, you should first contact the luck44 game support team via Telegram @luck44game, WhatsApp luck44game_support, or email at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by luck44 game's support team, you may escalate your complaint to luck44 game's management team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Escalated Complaint". Escalated complaints will receive a final position letter within 10 business days.

All disputes shall be resolved under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which luck44 game operates. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under Pakistan consumer protection law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

luck44 game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights, bonus conditions, or payment procedures — luck44 game will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered Players via email notification to the address registered on the Account, and via an in-platform announcement banner visible on login.

Your continued use of luck44 game following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using luck44 game and may close your Account as described in Section 12.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions, including the date of last update, is always accessible at luck44game.app/terms-and-conditions.

15. Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in English, which is the governing and authoritative version. Where any translation into another language is produced for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the two versions.
